Warranty

At Raqua, traditional pieces should be made to last generations. Each coffee pot is carefully crafted from premium materials and designed to accompany your coffee ritual for years to come.

Your Raqua products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. Should a fault arise during this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product at no cost.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidental damage or normal wear over time.
