Warranty

At Raqua, traditional pieces should be made to last generations. Each coffee pot is carefully crafted from premium materials and designed to accompany your coffee ritual for years to come.

Your Raqua products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidental damage, cosmetic marks/dents from household use or normal wear over time.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
